The principal business activities of the companies in the HanseYachts Group are the development, production and sale of sailing yachts under the HANSE, MOODY and DEHLER brand names as well as motorboats under the FJORD brand.

Plant Manager for GRP Production (m/f)
For their production plant in Greifswald/Germany Hansegroups are looking for a Plant Manager for GRP Production (m/f). Your responsibilities would include planning, organisation and supervising cost, scheduling and technically correct processing of orders, assigning personnel resources within GRP manufacturing, qualifying and developing personnel as well as supporting suggestion programmes for making improvements. HanseGroups are seeking an executive with an engineering degree (preferably ME or MSE) or a comparable background or training, extensive know-how in the field of GRP processing and at least 5 years of management experience in production companies. Fluency in German is a plus. Fluency in English is a must with willingness to learn German properly.
