Nord West 420 - innovative new thinking

With a cautious hand the exterior of Nord West 420 has been rounded compared with her sister ships, without loosing space. It is obvious in the softer stern and visible in the lines along deck and flybridge - all in harmony with the smooth wooden surfaces of the interior.

In many respects the Nord West 420 represents an innovative new thinking. For instance she is one of the first flybridge boats constructed for the revolutionary propulsion systems from Volvo Penta IPS – counter-rotating propellers working in undisturbed water, giving many positive effects on manoeuvrability, economy and environment.

With its high sideboards and glass sections there is shelter from the wind and comfort when running. A spacious U-sofa with a table and a well designed driver’s place dominate and for even more comfort a refrigerator and a grill can be chosen as extras. A lot of effort has been put into reducing noise and vibration.
