Grand Soleil 50 - luxury performance-cruiser

Cantiere del Pardo has always used the best designers to develop projects with a lot of personality, characterised by excellent performance and unique, unmistakable elegance. The clean lines of the deck, as well as the water lines, together with the attention to detail found in the interior, all lead to a refined look and a style that is truly timeless.
Best possible performance and safety
Thanks to the latest research in the field of fluid dynamics, the Grand Soleil 50 has been designed as a genuine, luxury performance-cruiser. Once again, the hull is the work of the design duo of Team New Zealand, Botin & Carkeek. The T-shaped keel, a technological evolution which comes from extensive experience in the field of regattas, enables a high ballast ratio and a reduced wet surface, thus guaranteeing the best possible performance and safety.

Latest technological innovations
The construction techniques used to produce the new Grand Soleil 50 have taken full advantage of the latest technological innovations. The hull is laminated using the vacuum infusion process, enabling the optimisation of the ratio of fibre to resin. The internal structure, in contrast, is made of a transverse structure in carbon fibre, which interacts with the one-way layers of fibre applied lengthwise along the hull. This all means that the hull is lighter, incredibly rigid and resistant against torsion.
Handcrafted woodwork
The interior layout was designed to meet all the needs of the boat owner in the best possible way. The internal areas are extremely ergonomic, usable and comfortable. The woodwork is lovingly handcrafted by the master craftsmen who have been working with us here at Cantiere del Pardo for years.
