Second International Marine Media Meeting

International Marine Media Meeting 2016

Welcome to the International Marine Media Meeting, held for the second time on January 25 and 26, 2016, during the „boot“ Düsseldorf international boat show.

This is your best opportunity to get updated on the latest trends and ideas and projects in our business, the international marine media. And to meet old friends and colleagues and to make valuable new contacts. The Media Meeting begins on both the Monday and Tuesday at 16.00 hrs to give you enough time to visit the show before. The last presentation of the day ends at 19.00 hrs, followed by drinks and snacks and informal discussions.

Attendance for media professionals is free but subject to prior registration. To secure your place at the 2016 IMMM, please send an e-mail to Tania Vellen, VellenT@messe-duesseldorf.de, or to Detlef Jens, redaktion@lenzpumpe.de.

We look forward to seeing you in Düsseldorf for the 2016 IMMM.

The hot topics on discussion will be about the present and future of publishing in our specialised marine market, with several high profile speakers from international media as well as from the boating industry. On two days in one location at the Boat Show – don’t miss it!

This year’s hot issues are all about the various media channels and how they work – and for whom. Editors and publishers will share their views and visions, while marketing and PR executives from within the marine industry will explain what they are looking for in their global communication and how they implement their strategies. A fascinating “best case”-presentation will be held by Jon Bramley, the News and Media Director of the Volvo Ocean Race, on how this event managed to grab the attention of a vast, global audience.

The list of speakers includes senior publishing professionals as well as marketing executives from Bavaria Yachts, Mercury Marine and Torqeedo. Between presentations and after the discussions there will be ample opportunity to meet and mingle over coffee, drinks and snacks. Secure your place at the International Marine Media Meeting 2016 now and register here for free.
