ExpoForum jsc was founded on January 18, 2008 with the aim of building an international convention and exhibition centre in the area of the Pulkovo Highway. The company is heading the project, and coordinates all activity, from concept design to the grand opening. When the project is completed, ExpoForum jsc will manage the entire complex or some of its parts.
